Advertising and Marketing Manager The Manager is responsible for attracting and acquiring new customers, maintaining in-store customer experience, and perpetuating life-time sales to customers.

Develop and implement the advertising and marketing strategy for Redi Responsible for Redi's social media presence (IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn) including design of all posts, and scheduled calendar of posts Ensure that weekly social media postings are, at minimum, published 5x weekly Knowledge of cannabis industry's legal and regulatory advertising limitations, must be experienced in grassroots and word of mouth marketing strategies Experience in Twitter ad campaigns Identify and plan community and industry events to expend Redi's brand awareness Minimum 1 event per month Coordinate advertising strategy with Redi's existing SEO strategy and CRM (Alpine) sales campaigns Maintain Redi Platforms and Required Changes Maintain social media Pages and E-commerce Sites Maintain an Event catalog for the calendar year and actively pursue opportunities Content creation Customer Notification, Email
Text Blast Creation Store location specific notifications and alerts Create and Maintain our Ad Space Deck Maximize income revenue for marketing spaces Manage and Schedule Pop up Events across all locations All Marketing Events Management
Logistics Internal yearly calendar Brand asset maintenance (internal and external), drop box Manage SOPs and guideline kits for marketing and advertising Manage and partner with Brand ambassadors Collaborate with the General Manager on Alpine IQ Email & SMS messaging designs Work with the General Manager, Operations Director, and Redi marketing ambassadors to develop social media strategies, posting schedules, design content, and improve our online presence.
