JOB DESCRIPTION As a team member, you will represent the service departments of our five dealerships to customers who contact us to schedule service appointments for their Acura, Audi, Honda, Toyota, or Volvo REQUIREMENTS An out-going personality and enjoy working with people and assisting them on the telephone.
Call center experience - with inside sales or account management experience a plus! Unwavering commitment to exceed the expectations of your customers by regularly taking the initiative to follow-up on their needs.
Attention to details Good verbal/written communication skills.
Bi-lingual is always a plus! Automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED.
We will train you on our industry and on our state-of-the-art automotive Customer Management Software.

The BDC team works out of our Honda dealership - conveniently located on RT 9 East, at the intersection of RT 27, just off Exit 13 of the Mass Pike (RT 90), and a short distance from RT 128.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
