is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations.
Candidates will work with members of the sales, manufacturing, accounting and marketing teams to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities Organize administrative and logistical matters pertaining to product sales with Delsys staff, customers, and regional partners, via phone, email, and physical mail Prepare quotes, invoices, and airway bills for outgoing shipments.
Manage office supplies and materials Aid sales and marketing teams with acquiring and tracking client and prospect information Maintain bookkeeping and accounting records Perform other routine clerical and administrative tasks, as well as additional duties assigned by senior staff Qualifications and Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) Prior experience with the desk top version of QuickBooks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail oriented Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred 2-5 years of experience with a manufacturing or engineering company is preferred Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
