Summary:
We have an immediate opening for a well-organized Project Manager (PM) with a demonstrated background managing multiple individuals at various levels.
This position will be primarily remote.
However with it being based out of our Corporate Office in Natick, MA, we are in search of candidates living locally (Massachusetts, New Hampshire & Rhode Island).
Position
Summary:
Manages a region or region(s) for the Social Security Administration's (SSA's) Verbatim Hearing Recorder (VHR) program.
The Project Manager oversees the onboarding, scheduling, and communications of the Verbatim Hearing Recorders (VHRs).
VHRs operate the digital recording systems to record the proceedings during disability appeal hearings held by SSA in their assigned regional offices.
The Project Manager also serves as the liaison between the VHRs and SSA offices.
The Project Manager will monitor staffing levels necessary to ensure that all hearings in their regions of responsibility are adequately covered, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
Reporting to a Regional Project Manager, the Project Manager will need to be extremely well organized, able to work with multiple stakeholders, working directly with the SSA Hearing Office management and staff members as well as VHRs.
The PM will work on tight deadlines, build rapid and continuing rapport with Social Security staff and VHRs by both phone and email, exhibit excellent attention to detail, as well as being familiar with manipulating data and understanding the impact of program metrics.
To ensure success, the PM needs to demonstrate interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, an exemplary phone manner, and a desire to provide a high level of satisfaction for client and staff.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Oversee Sr.
APMs, and APMs scheduling of VHRs for assigned hearings, ensuring that disability hearing proceeds when scheduled Maintain all communications between VHRs and Social Security offices to increase program efficiency and satisfaction for both parties Review and ensure that all contractual requirements are met Enforce/implement procedures for each assigned region to ensure the highest possible hearing coverage for the Social Security Administration and claimants Provide training and monitor Sr.
APM, and APM performance Ensure invoices are reviewed, reconciled and submitted on time Track performance notifications, address performance issues, and file quality assurance reports to client per monthly schedule as defined contractually.
Audit hearing coverage; work with teams to determine coverage needs and provide strategies for filling any un-serviced dockets Improve program operations on an ongoing basis Offer support and guidance to assessing Suitability and Credentialing Work directly with Hearing Office Directors; leading monthly check-in calls Ensure contractors have met all compliance requirements with SSA Implement new processes/procedures as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree) Proficient with Microsoft office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro 4
years of demonstrated administrative and project management oversight Extremely detail-oriented and able to accurately resolve complex issues Ability to take initiative, work independently, and meet strict deadlines Strong communication (oral and written) and organizational skills required Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills Job Type:
