Benefits:

Responsibilities:
As an integral member of the Sugarplum Nannies team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care for an infant.
Your responsibilities include:
Feeding and Nutrition:
Assist in the transition to solid foods, ensuring a safe and enjoyable introduction to new tastes and textures.
Collaborate with parents to follow established feeding routines and preferences.
Sensory Activities:
Engage the infant in age-appropriate sensory experiences to stimulate cognitive and motor development.
Plan and implement activities that encourage exploration through touch, sight, sound, and other sensory stimuli.
Developmental Milestones:
Monitor and actively participate in the achievement of developmental milestones, including but not limited to motor skills, social interaction, and language acquisition.
Provide a nurturing environment that fosters growth and learning.
Establishing Routine:
Work in conjunction with parents to establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including nap schedules, playtime, and interactive learning activities, contributing to the overall well-being and stability of the child.
Health and Hygiene:
Ensure the infant's health and hygiene needs are met, including diaper changes, dressing, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Implement proper handwashing and sanitation practices.
Communication with Parents:
Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, providing regular updates on the infant's daily activities, achievements, and any notable observations.
Collaborate with parents to ensure a unified approach to childcare.
Emotional Support:
Offer emotional support and a nurturing presence to foster a secure attachment between the infant and caregiver.
Respond attentively to the infant's cues and provide comfort as needed.
Safety Awareness:
Maintain a keen awareness of the infant's surroundings, ensuring a safe and child-friendly environment.
Implement safety measures by the child's developmental stage.

Two years of proven nanny experience, with a focus on caring for infants.
Pristine driving record:
Access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
Current and up-to-date vaccination status.

Exceptional organizational skills:
An unwavering attention to detail.
Schedule flexibility:
Ability to meet specified hours.
Paramount reliability and punctuality.
Conversational English.
Mandatory Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification.
Successful completion of a background and criminal record check.
