We are looking to invite a Quality Control Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the Quality team and instrumental to the success of aseptic production activities.
We are a dynamic team with many opportunities to cross-train, expand capabilities, and learn new analytical techniques.
The QC Associate reports to the Director of Quality.
Responsibilities:
The Quality Control Associate coordinates and performs monitoring of the cleanrooms, investigates excursions, monitors trends, and suggests & implements improvements for maintaining compliant environmental conditions.
Additionally, the associate will train on and perform product testing utilizing a variety of analytical methods.
Perform routine in-process and release QC testing of HebeCell cell therapy products.
Execute GMP analytical assays such as qPCR, Flow Cytometry, Cytotoxicity.
Complete routine record review of test data and related documents for in-process testing, drug substance and drug product release and stability.
Perform shipment of materials for QC testing to contract labs and perform data review Assist out of specification investigations and manage deviations and CAPAs related to analytical procedures Author SOPs, investigations, deviations, and CAPAs.
Support QC inspection of incoming GMP materials.
The key skills and qualities of a Quality Control Associate:
GMP qPCR Experience Preferred BS/MS Degree (preferred in a scientific discipline) 1-4 years of experience in a QC GMP setting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
