The Role:
As a Senior Application Security Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our security efforts, partnering closely with product and application developers to establish and elevate best practices for secure software development.
Your mission is clear:
advise, implement, and train teams on the processes, tools, and automation needed to fortify our SDLC and safeguard our products and applications.
Key
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product and application teams to develop robust security procedures aligned with industry standards and certifications.
Lead the evaluation, integration, and training on cutting-edge security tools and automation within our SDLC and CI/CD pipelines.
Drive secure design and code reviews, threat modeling, risk assessments, and software security tests to instill a culture of security excellence.
Provide expert guidance on security architecture, design reviews, and security feature development.
Champion security best practices, ensuring adherence to security requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

years of software/application development experience.
Proven track record implementing security controls in SDLC processes.
Experience with application-level vulnerability testing and code-level security auditing.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Java, or C.
Familiarity with security certifications and cloud environments (e.
