Our team is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our small Operations team in Natick, MA.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, process-focused, and adaptable.
$20-23/hour, Monday - Friday 10:
30am - 5:
30pm.
Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Manage and organize emails, including saving and categorizing order PDFs.
Forward customer service requests as necessary.
Accurately enter Sales Orders & invoices into QuickBooks.
Process customer credit card payments.
Distribute shipping and invoice notifications.
Warehouse Fulfillment:
Achieve DG DOT/IATA certification (with our support, if needed).
Pack orders with precision.
Oversee the receipt of stock and conduct inventory counts.
Apply labels to stock as required.
Communicate with the supply chain team (Dan, Davis, Ellie) regarding low stock levels.
Qualities/Skills Required:
Proficiency in computer use, particularly Excel.
Quickbooks experience is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and detail orientation, especially with numerous part numbers and inventory tasks.
Basic math skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Self-motivated and efficient Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous shipping and/or warehouse experience Customer service background Benefits of Joining Artisan Power:
