Exponent''s Health Sciences group specializes in analyzing complex health issues, especially those that require an experienced team of multidisciplinary health professionals. Our epidemiologists, physicians, toxicologists, statisticians, and industrial hygienists apply innovative techniques to help clients address a variety of issues. We provide research and consulting services and expertise in pharmacoepidemiology, clinical epidemiology, health outcomes research, regulatory affairs for various public health agencies (EPA, FDA, OSHA), cancer epidemiology, environmental and occupational epidemiology, industrial hygiene, toxicology, and risk assessment.
We are currently recruiting for a senior health scientist position (Senior Managing/Principal Scientist) in Pharmacoepidemiology , to join our expanding pharmaceutical consulting practice. This position offers a stimulating and challenging work environment and significant opportunities for professional growth.
Activities and responsibilities for this position include:
Design, development and conduct of pharmacoepidemiology/post marketing surveillance research
Prepare study documents, including proposals, reports, and presentations
Assess current clinical and scientific literature on specific topics in pharmacoepidemiology
Publish and present study findings
Provide strategic consulting and expert witness work
Attract and develop new projects and clients
Qualifications for this position include:
Master's, MD or PhD degree
Demonstrated experience working in or with pharmaceutical industry
Familiarity with FDA procedures
Successful track record in development of research program or business development in pharmaceutical or closely related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Ability to work independently or in multidisciplinary teams

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
