## Job Summary
Become an integral part of our Finance team, which has worldwide responsibilities for financial reporting and analysis. You will report to the Assistant Controller and will be involved in a significant portion of the worldwide financial reporting and analysis of operations. You will also support the streamlining of the close process, integration of strategic acquisitions and financial statement preparation and presentation.
### Responsibilities
In this role, you will interface with all departments and international field offices and will participate in the company expense review meeting preparation, special projects and planning. The Financial accounting and reporting team is responsible for the global consolidation, financial statements audits, development of expense plan and support for our ERP system (Oracle).
Assure the integrity of the financial statements and associated general ledger accounts, complying with GAAP and company policy.
Lead a variety of projects. Communicate project opportunities and constraints to teams while monitoring project status. May also participate in cross-functional projects.
Independently support accounting and financial analysis. Prepare reports utilizing technical accounting knowledge and data management skills. Ensure appropriate use of historical information and current trends. Identify, recommend and execute resolutions to issues as they arise.
Execute a portion of the financial reporting which could include the global consolidation for all entities in over 13 countries, internal management reporting packages, departmental support or international results.
Produce Balance Sheet account analysis and provide all supporting schedules.
Assist with preparation of schedules, analysis and system documentation as required for external audit.
Prepare and/or review account reconciliations (including various reserves and accruals, intangible assets, etc.)
Liaise with various departments throughout the organization which could include Corporate Tax, IT, Sales, Marketing or Human Resources.
### Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a master's degree, or a PhD degree is required.
Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

### Preferred Qualifications
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
CPA preferred
Strong project management experience
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting
Experience in worldwide reporting and consolidation processes
Hands-on experience with an ERP system
Applied knowledge of accounting terms and processes including knowledge of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition
Experience working in an international environment
Hands-on process improvement experience a plus
Internal Audit experience a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
