Copy Services Specialist

## Job Summary
This individual will become part of the Office Sevices Group, a team dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to all MathWorks staff throughout a wide range of services.
### Responsibilities
Reporting to the Offices Services Group Manager, this individual will be responsible for processing and finishing all copy requests for internal customers utilizing high volume muti-function copy machines.
Setting-up, formatting, and producing copy jobs from printed material or electronically generated files in accordance with established service level agreements
Operating binding and other auxillary equipment to complete all document finishing services
Trouble shooting of all minor printer/copier issues (toner, jams, etc.) and escalating service calls to Copy Services vendor as needed
Maintaining supply inventory for main Copy Center and 30+ satellite copy areas; restocking paper and supplies throughout a 4 building campus
Compiling comprehensive logs and metrics on copy requests, volumes, service issues, and paper usage; providing analysis and recommendation based upon the data
Participating in company wide "green" initiatives by actively managing paper usage and recycling and providing input on the overall print strategy
Assisting with other daily team functions including mail, shipping and receiving, fulfillment, and event support
### Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional work experience is required.
### Preferred Qualifications
2-3 years working in an office environment
Experience in a high volume Copy Center preferred
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain effectiver working relationships with all levels of staff and with ouside vendors
Attention to detail
Ability to respond to changing workflow priorities
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Ability to lift and move 40 lbs. or greater

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
