Objective:
Greet and register patients and handle front office administrative tasks and assist staff in back office patient care.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Welcome patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Assist in patient care to ensure speedy patient flow and to optimize patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization.

Assist in minor in-office procedures including drug screening.

Inventory supplies, replenish supplies when received.

Assist in maintaining equipment.

Ensure cleanliness of patient waiting area and front office area.

Qualifications:

One-year of secretarial experience in an ambulatory medical office setting desired. Must be computer literate

Professional appearance

Team player who is equally comfortable working independently

Warm, friendly attitude with excellent patient interaction skills

Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
