Shift Supervisor responsibilities include:
Upholding Company policies and procedures, including safety and operating standards.
Training and developing associates to effectively perform their job responsibilities.
Preparing space for truck deliveries, unloading and storing merchandise; receiving, and verifying inventory from third party vendors.
Directing and performing merchandise pre-processing activities to prepare product for stocking.
Assigning and performing stocking activities following established stocking priorities, stocking standards and stocking plans.
Guiding and participating in the organization of merchandise areas on the sales floor; ensuring replenishment of shelf stock from overhead valences and display shelves.
Performing other customer service, merchandise processing, merchandise presentation, and supervisory duties as needed.
Proven success in decision making, tact, diplomacy and flexibility
Executes and evaluates effectiveness of stocking plans
Strong merchandising and decision making skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
