Additional information about transcripts is in this document. Specialized Experience for the DE-03:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
(1) Assisting in the design of prototypes for rigid and soft wall shelters, shelter components and/or integrated systems for shelters; (2) Fabricating prototypes to exact product specification to include metal, fabric and/or composites; (3) Experience in the set-up and proper use of shelters and integrated systems; (4) Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution for solving complex problems; (5) Experience in executing Logistical Processes for the acquisition and management of assets for accountability. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-02). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the following areas:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
