Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of a(n) Electrician without more than normal supervision. Service wiring systems, perform disassemble and assembly work, install brackets, shelves and racks, remove and replace controls and fixtures, and repair wiring. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating. The work of this position requires standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions such as when required to work from ladders, scaffolding, platforms, etc. Lifts, carries and sets up tools, equipment and parts weighing up to 20 pounds and occasionally over 20 pounds. Working Conditions:
Assignments are performed inside and outside in a variety of weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to the possibility of broken bones, electrical shock, and burns; and frequently exposed to cuts and bruises.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
