Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. Specialized experience is defined as work which includes:
1) emergency planning process sufficient to ensure that operational support requirements are identified and documented within appropriate contingency plans in accordance with established organizational requirements; 2) defining and developing new or revised procedures; 3) preparing policy for approval and expands leadership's guidance into operational orders and tasks; and 4) conferring with heads of various staff within local, state, and federal organizations to obtain assistance on professional and technical matters related to mutual assistance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
